The Porn Star Martini is a famous, sweet, and tropical cocktail made with vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, and served with a side shot of champagne, or as we live in France Crémant.
INGREDIENTS
4 cl vanilla-flavored vodka
2 cl Passoã
2 cl passion fruit purée
1 cl vanilla syrup
1/2 fresh passion fruit (for garnish)
1 shot (60 ml) of champagne or Crémant
METHOD
Place a martini glass or coupe glass in the freezer to chill.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit purée, and vanilla syrup.
Shake the mixture hard for about 10 to 15 seconds until cold.
Strain the liquid into your chilled glass.
Float the half-passion fruit on top of the foam.
Pour the champagne into a small shot glass and serve it alongside the cocktail.
