
I can never resist a good dip on the party table – and this Beetroot Dip has star-of-the table potential! It’s creamy, vibrant, healthy, and tastes as great as it is looks! It’s such a breeze to make, calls for a handful of ingredients and minimal preperation.
INGREDIENTS
4 vac-packed beetroot
3 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
3 tablespoons crème fraîche
1 tablespoon horseradish
rye bread or crackers
METHOD
Pick the thyme leaves, then blitz all the ingredients in a food processor.
Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper.
Serve with rye bread or crackers
