
This easy peasy, peach jam recipe is sweet, fruity, and full of fresh peach flavor. It’s perfect for spooning on toast, over biscuits, or add a dollop to yogurt, or ice cream.
INGREDIENTS
550g Peaches
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
450g Sugar
METHOD
Lower the Peaches into boiling water, and leave fo 30 seconds. Remove and place in cold water.
Remove the skins, halved the fruit, and takevout the stones.
Cut the Peaches into small dice and put them onto a preserving pan, with the water and lemon juice.
Simmer gently until the fruit is soft, now add the sugar and stir over a low heat until the sugar as dissolved. Raise the heat and boil rapidly until setting point is reached 104⁰ 105⁰C
Spoon into hot jars and seal down.
