INGREDIENTS Makes 2 jars
450g plums weight after removing stones
3 tablespoons water
450g sugar
METHOD
Halved the fruit and remove the stones.
Put the fruit into the pan,pp add the water. Simmer the fruit gently until soft pulp.
Add sugar and stir over a low heat, until the sugar has dissolved. Raise the heat, and boil rapidly until setting point is reached. (104⁰C to 105⁰C)

Spoon into hot jars.
