ROULES CROUSTILLANTS AU BOEUF

 

Discover this recipe for minced meat and potato bricks. These tasty bites are perfect as an appetizer. These bricks are perfectly seasoned with mint, cumin, and chili pepper.

INGREDIENTS Serves 4

200 gr Minced meat:
1 Potato
1 Onion
15 Fresh mint leaves
Salt and pepper
0.5 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 EggFilo pastry
Olive Oil

METHOD

Chop the onion and fry it for 5 minutes in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Add the meat and then the seasoning. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Place everything in a salad bowl with the potato (previously boiled) cut into small cubes. Chop the mint and stir it in, along with the egg.

Cut a sheet of filo pastry in half, Place th filling on the pastry and roll up into Oblongs

Cook them in a little hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.
